To secure your chosen short stay holiday date and property all we need is a 25% deposit with the balance payable just 8 weeks before your arrival.
Long winter stays of a few months are acceptable with a discount on the weekly prices, monthly winter rates exclude heating/hot water bills. Winter is end of Oct- March inclusive. Deposit of one months rental for stays over one month. Long stays in summer are subject to negotiation.
For the best prices direct from the owner contact me directly via this website or email below this will save you the large £100 to £200 booking fees charged by Airbnb etc. But if you prefer to book via Airbnb, VRBO or Trip Advisor, my properties are aloso available on their websites - so if you prefer to book via these commercial websites let me know and I will give you the website links. These websites add a large 'booking fee' to the cost I charge for rental so if price is important deal with me directly. Marseillan Tourism are now taking a low stay tax per person per night. I can work this out when I know how many people/nights.
